SafeSend allows our firm to deliver a better client experience when delivering tax documents online.

SafeSend Organizers

SafeSend Organizers delivers the long-awaited paperless option for annual tax organizers. We’re excited to launch this product for those of you that would prefer a more efficient online experience.

2023 SafeSend Organizers will be emailed to all clients with an email address on file by January 16^th. 

Should you prefer a hardcopy organizer, please request one from our office using this form.

You do not need to fill out all the information in the organizer, but please answer the questions to the best of your ability. We recommend skipping information that is available on the tax source documents such a 1099s.

For tax information for which there is no record prepared by you or a 3^rd party (i.e. self-managed rentals), you must provide the tax information by filling out the corresponding organizer section.

SafeSend Organizers has a module for attaching source documents such as 1099s, so please use that module regardless of the extent you fill out the SafeSend Organizer.

SafeSend Returns

SafeSend Returns allows our firm to securely deliver tax returns over email, with easy-to-understand summaries of return results, refunds, balances due, estimated taxes and tax preparation invoices. You’ll be able to review and download returns, sign required documents, and pay balances due online with an easy-to-use interface.

We made the investment in SafeSend returns last summer, and some clients have had the opportunity to use the software for their extended returns. The feedback has been largely positive, and we have confidence that rolling SafeSend Returns out during tax season will make for a much better online client experience.
