- Don't forget to sign your Engagement Letter.
- Upload Quickbooks Desktop Data 
    - Preferred Method  
          - Use the upload link below to upload an Accountant's Copy of your QuickBooks Desktop file (.QBA)
          - Cutoff Date should be end of current tax year (i.e. 12/31/XX) 
          - Backup Files (.QBB are also acceptable, but journal entries must be entered manually).
    - Secondary Method 
          - Trial Balance - EXCEL FORMAT (run on an Accrual Basis) as of Tax Year End (i.e. December 31, 20XX)
          - General Ledger - EXCEL FORMAT (run on an Accrual Basis) for Tax Year (i.e. January 1, 20XX– December 31, 20XX)
- Please provide copies of all documents below which apply to your company: 
    - W-3 (summary of W2) & Copies of W-2’s for the current year
    - Quarterly Sales Tax Returns
    - 1099’s issued
