We consider our people our most valuable asset, and we’re excited to make the following announcements regarding firm personnel.
Alan Windt, CPA: We’re excited to announce Alan Windt’s promotion to Tax Manager 🎉!! Alan has been an invaluable member of our team since he joined in 2017. He has been in a leadership role since last year, and we’re confident that with this promotion he will live up to our core values of Quality, Teamwork & Commitment.
Mateo Martinez joins us as a Staff Accountant.
Scott VanDenHeuvel joins us as a Staff Accountant.
Kat Elward has been promoted to Staff Accountant 👏. Kat also leads our Administrative Team.

SafeSend allows our firm to deliver a better client experience when providing tax organizers and delivering completed tax returns online.

Hubspot & Knowledge Base
Hubspot allows our firm to serve customers better by keeping a record of conversations, building smart forms, routing client questions and requests, and sending pertinent communications. Hubspot is a robust platform that we will continue to build upon to better serve you.
The Knowledgebase is a highly customizable website interface designed to answer common questions. Although the knowledgebase is currently in its infancy, we continue to build upon the information there all the time. There you can find helpful pages that will guide you through registering for online accounts, paying tax payments, and requesting copies of returns. You can also submit a support ticket through our knowledgebase.
Loom Video
We’ve added Loom video to our software stack to provide answers to questions and explanations using short videos. The videos will allow us to provide more context and a better interface than we could with email or phone calls. The advantage of Loom video is that the videos can be viewed anytime. So, if you have a question about your return, or if your return has some complexities that require explanation, we may send along a Loom video. And since we work many late evening and early morning during tax season, Loom will allow us to contact you via video via email or text outside during our extended working hours without disturbing you.
